The fund eTurn managed by Eturn Capital Management AB is a so called special fund according to the Investment Funds Act (lagen om investeringsfonder) and do not comply with the provisions of the so called UCIT Directive, this special fund can only be marketed in Sweden. This website is not intended, and should not be understood, as a recommendation by Eturn Capital Management AB, that users of the website should purchase units in the eTurn fund. Prospective participants in the fund are required to form their own opinion concerning the fund, taking into account i.a. the information contained in the information memorandum prepared by Eturn Capital Management AB.

Distribution of information in respect of the eTurn fund in certain jurisdictions may be restricted by law. Persons that are contemplating to request such information are required by Eturn Capital Management AB to inform themselves about and observe such restrictions.

The unit of eTurn have not been registered and will not be registered in accordance with any securities legislation in the United States, Canada or elsewhere and may not be offered or sold to or within the United States or Canada or in such countries where such offer or sale would be in conflict with applicable laws or regulations. Nor may the unit of eTurn be offered or sold to persons in these countries except pursuant to an exemption from, or in a transaction not subject to, the registration requirements of such applicable law. No offering of unit is or will be made to persons whose participation in the fund requires that further information memorandums are issued or that registration or other measures are taken in addition to those required under Swedish law. Information regarding the fund shall and may not be distributed in any country where such distribution or offering would require any such additional measures to be taken or would be in conflict with any law or regulation of such country. The fund management company has not in any other country than Sweden taken the measures necessary to ensure that purchase of unit may take place according to applicable law.

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with information regarding the fund or the fund shall be settled in accordance with Swedish law exclusively by Swedish courts.

Except for certain information related to market specific conditions, this information is prepared in the Swedish language and translated into English. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Swedish version shall prevail.
